Project Overview

The project involved the fabrication and installation of steel frames constructed from 400x15mm flat bars. Each frame measured 3 meters in height and 2.6 meters in width, with an approximate weight of 800kg. These frames were integral to the structural enhancements required on-site.

Our Solution

Bama Fabrication undertook the design, fabrication, and on-site installation of the supporting structural steelwork prior to the arrival of the frames. This preparatory work ensured that the frames could be securely bolted into place upon delivery, facilitating a seamless integration into the existing structure.

Delivery & Execution

Given the site’s restricted access, meticulous logistical planning was essential. Bama deployed a spider crane and a team of experienced professionals to navigate the confined space effectively. This strategic approach enabled the project to be completed within the stipulated timeframe and budget, without compromising on safety or quality.
